Trowbridge Youth Parliament
This year`s Trowbridge Youth Parliament is now well under way. After a record number of volunteers coming forward to take on the role of Clarendon representatives, we have selected a team of 2 Year 7 students and two Year 9 students.
They are assisted this year by two of our senior prefects.
Their first job this year was to present a number of ideas proposed for the main Youth Parliament Project, to Clarendon tutor groups. The team produced a power point and visited tutor groups to collect votes on the two ideas proposed; a fair trade theme and a project dealing with social issues in Trowbridge such as vandalism and graffiti.
They will take the votes back to the next Parliament meeting on Wednesday 25th November.
