Handyperson / Lettings Supervisor – Weekends Only
Grade E, £17,772 to £18,746 per annum, pro rata (£9.21 per hour)
16 hours a week over Saturday & Sunday
We are seeking a handyperson / lettings supervisor to work weekends 08.00 to 18.00 on a Saturday and 08.00 to 15.00 on a Sunday to unlock / lock the site for weekend lettings. You will also be required to undertake general handyperson duties. The successful candidate requires a sense of pride in completing tasks to a high standard. Previous practical experience or qualifications in anything related to either carpentry, electrics, roofing or plumbing will be an advantage.

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic person to coordinate the provision available for our EAL students. The ideal candidate will have a CELTA/ TESOL qualification, as well as relevant experience working with students aged 11- 18. The suitable candidate will need to demonstrate a positive, flexible demeanour as well as the ability to work independently in the pursuit of excellence for our EAL students. The role will involve: assessing ability and need, in-class support and small group withdrawal, delivery of entry level qualifications and liaison with outside agencies as appropriate.
This is a part time post for 18 hours a week, 3 days a week.
