GCSE Results 2023

Clarendon Academy students are celebrating a great set of GCSE and vocational results this morning. Nearly 40% of all students achieved at least five results at grade 5 and above, with 70% achieving at least five results at grade 4 and above.

There are some outstanding individual achievements with the following students all awarded at least half of their subjects at grade 8 and 9: Krzysztof Budny, Elizabeth Dear, Bethan Blake-Thwaite, Chloe Brunsdon, Evan Hanson and Abi Amor.

Almost all students have achieved the grades they needed to progress to the next step in their journey including sixth form, college and apprenticeships.

Craig Turze, Headteacher, said: “We couldn’t be more proud of Year 11 for all that they have achieved. They’ve had a tough series of years, but have overcome everything they’ve faced and are really well set up for bright futures”.
