Exam Information
We are happy to discuss all aspects of exams and assessment with students and parents. Please contact the school reception 01225 762686 and request to speak to Mrs Graham (Exams Officer) or email exams@clarendonacademy.com. Students can come to the Exams Office (next to SOC7) at any time to discuss their exams.
2024/2025 Exams
5 - 11 November: GCSE resits
11 - 22 November: Y11 Mocks
20 - 29 November: Y13 Mocks
8 - 15 January: Y12 and Y13 BTec and CTec Exams
24 February – 7 March: Y11 Mocks
3 March – 14 March: Y13 Mocks
8 May – 25 June: Summer External Exams
16 June – 20 June: Y10 Mocks
23 June – 27 June: Y12 Mocks
These exams are run by the Exams Officer and supported by a team of external invigilators. Dates of mocks are subject to change. All other assessments are run by class teachers.

The awarding bodies have designated Wednesday 25 June 2025 as the ‘contingency day’ for examinations. The afternoon of Wednesday 11 June has been designated as the ‘contingency afternoon’ for examinations. The designation of ‘contingency days’ within the common examination timetable is in the event of national or significant local disruption to examinations in the United Kingdom. It is part of the awarding bodies’ standard contingency planning for examinations. Students must remain available until Wednesday 25 June 2025 should an awarding body need to invoke its contingency plan.
14 August 2025 – A Level / Level 3 Results Day
21 August 2025 – GCSE / Level 2 Results Day
If you will not be able to come in to school to collect your results and would like someone else to collect on your behalf then you must email exams@clarendonacademy.com to advise the Exams Officer who will be collectig them. Whoever collects your results must bring ID. Alternatively your results will be emailed to your school email address.

Certificate Collection
Certificates for 2024 leavers will be available to collect 3:15-4:30pm on Monday 16 December. If you are unable to collect your exam results or certificates and would like someone to collect them on your behalf or for your certificates to be posted to you (upon receipt of a postage fee), please complete this form: https://forms.gle/HVAhvWGLU56PWWmGA
