Sleeping with the Sharks

To celebrate Science Week, we took 50 lovely Year 7s down to Plymouth to sleep overnight in the aquarium!

We arrived at 6:30pm, and had the aquarium all to ourselves. We got a private tour around the different tanks and we learnt all about clownfish and corals. We saw some of their amazing animals, like Friday the turtle, and Cooper a Humphead Wrasse.

Once we had explored the aquarium, we set up our sleeping bags in front of one of their enormous tanks, and we settled down to watch ‘Finding Nemo’ with some ice cream.

Our Year 7s absolutely did us proud on this trip, well done to all!
